Anything we should know?I was referred by Leesha Newkirk at Bruce Law, who is working my DOM case. I have a 401(k) with Fidelity that needs to be distributed as part of ED in a DOM. I am writing to get your assistance to review a Fidelity-generated QDRO for errors and correctness, as well as picking the best "valuation date" and the "date of separation" field that is required. I would strongly prefer to use website's QDRO generator tool, which drastically limits which fields can be populated in their template. Using Fidelity's QDRO reduces processing time from at least 2 months down to a 2 week turnaround commitment. This is critical to my spouse, who needs cash as quickly as possible. Can you help by reviewing/identifying corrections on this Fidelity QDRO template, including date of legal separation (since it would not have happened yet) and date of valuation? How much would you estimate your review to cost, since I am on a tight budget for this DOM process?
