Anything we should know?Hello- I am trying to understand what the QDRO is and what makes it a requirement. My husband is saying we don't need it. The account 401k value dropped in September, so my husband requested we adjust breakdown based on that value. Verbally I stated I wanted values re-assessed when divorced was final, he agreed however nothing is in writing. I have no idea what current value is, most recent statement is provided. Do you need all statements to determine if QDRO is required, or is this information enough?
